Your Strand-by-Strand Appointment
Personally speaking, I think the title of the procedure can be a little misleading. I know when I first went for
my consultation and saw all the amazing pictures I thought these guys could perform a miracle and restore all my
hair. I was ready to cough up all kinds of money. A bank loan wouldn't have been out of the question either!
So what happens...
You'll get a call from your nearest clinic and a general conversation will ensue. They'll chat about your hair
loss and when you started thinning, all to gain your confidence and make you feel like you have a friend. But most
of all to gain a little bit of trust. The fact that 99% of these guys experienced hair loss themselves goes a long
way to making that initial connection with you.
The office you're brought into will always be clean to present a professional appearance. You'll sit and so
begins the pleasantries with smiles all round. Most clinics will have a photo album already set out on the desk
with pictures of past clients, all designed to grab your attention and make you think..."I want to look like
that!"
Different consultants (sales people) will do it differently but the general format of
the meeting should remain the same. They'll go over your history with hair loss and if you've tried anything to
fight it before and then ask your permission you inspect your hair a little closer. As I've explained earlier in
the site, they will spray your hair and comb in up to get a better idea of how bad the hair loss is. Advanced Hair
Studio have this down to a fine art. They'll take a photograph and invite you to watch a video. Note, there are two
videos but they'll only show you the video for the treatment they'll be recommending. You might even be offered a
coffee while watching.
As I've explained earlier in the site, wet hair looks a lot worse than dry hair so when they return and show you
your picture, which they'll most probably set beside one of the pictures in the album, it almost seems that you
have no other choice.
At this point he'll recommend you for Strand-by-Strand.
It all sounds and looks great but what about the price? Flick on to the next page and I'll explain what happens
there.
